Release 5.41.3
================
5.41.3 is the first official relase for AXIS Q6035-C

Known Bugs/Limitations
================
5.41.3:L01 Limiting the bandwith to lower than 100kbit/s may lead to
losing contact with the camera.

5.41.3:L02 Maximum brightness will not result in a white image.

5.41.3:L03 Auto tracking might be confused when the IR cut filter is turned on/off.

5.41.3:L04 Pan/tilt coordinate directions presented in the text overlay (#x #y)
will not be rotated along with the image when rotation is 180.

5.41.3:L05 The NTP implementation will not synchronize to NTP servers that
signal an alarm condition (clock not synchronized) in its Leap
Indicator.

5.41.3:L06 After changing the date/time of the camera, the video stream will
stop after 60 seconds with an RTSP session time out. It does not
matter if the media stream is started before or after the time is
changed.
Workaround: Reboot the camera after the time has been changed
manually or by NTP.

5.41.3:L07 There is no boundary check when entering a motion detection window
name. If the name is more than 1024 charachters long, the parhand
application may restart.

5.41.3:L08 If RTSP authentication is switched off, streaming H.264 with QuickTime
and other Apple compatible clients will not work as they require
authentication of the RTSP, but do not allow HTTP authentication.

5.41.3:L09 AXIS Media Control client may stop displaying the H.264 video
stream after the PC has been locked.
Workaround: Reload the Live View page.

5.41.3:L10 When setting up a guardtour with Random view order it will
ignore Pause between runs.

5.41.3:L11 The ONVIF command 'gotoHomePosition' will go to the home position at a
very slow speed, it will not use the default speed.

5.41.3:L12 If PTZ limits are changed, the camera must be restarted for the changes
to be applied to the ONVIF API.

5.41.3:L13 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the IR cut filter,
it may trigger motion detection.

5.41.3:L14 The image is always showed with zero rotation at the OSDI Zone Setup.

5.41.3:L15 Zoom response is very slow when using the mouse scroll wheel in AMC.

5.41.3:L16 Pan/tilt/zoom control does not work using Java Applet if the Control
Queue is enabled.

5.41.3:L17 Live view may display screen tearing (horizontal cut-lines) most
prominent when panning the camera.

5.41.3:L18 Firefox can sometimes show white image flicker at the bottom of the
video stream. This occurs on Windows XP and Windows Vista with Firefox
versions 3.6.3-3.6.6 (possibly on later versions aswell).

5.41.3:L19 When the camera is in RFL-mode (after a failed upgrade), flash
loading it with Firefox may sometimes not work. Use Internet
Explorer instead.

5.41.3:L20 Video stream is lost when clock is synchronizing to a past computer time.

5.41.3:L21 Color parameter has no effect when pulling RTSP stream with color=0.

5.41.3:L22 Stream profile names are limited to alphanumerical characters.

5.41.3:L23 Frame Size Control does not affect size of the snapshot taken with
the upper right control that can be added to the Live View.

5.41.3:L24 Constant bit rate might fluctuate more than 10%.

5.41.3:L25 Events triggered at the same time, will by default settings
share the same filename. This may result in upload of corrupted
image.

5.41.3:L26 Live view may not work with QuickTime. Try disabling direct3d
acceleration in QuickTime.

5.41.3:L27 In Internet Explorer 6, the live view may stop when pressing buttons
in the live view interface.

5.41.3:L28 Check and repair is only available if the file system is ext4.

5.41.3:L29 When using action rule resulting in short recordings, it is recommended
to extend post-event time.

5.41.3:L30 Date modifiers "%m-%d-%Y" are not formatted correctly when used
with folder name, SMTP subject and message.

5.41.3:L31 When snapshot is taken during live view with frame rate and bandwidth
values enabled as text overlay, the values are shown as 0 in the
snapshot. This happens for H.264 stream.

5.41.3:L32 Some versions of Chrome requires a manual refresh of webpage to show
newly created privacy masks and exclude areas.

5.41.3:L33 On some Windows 7 PC's IP Utility doesn't show the DUT when
using IPv6.

5.41.3:L34 Expired or not yet valid client certificates will be uploaded
successfully instead of being rejected.

5.41.3:L35 Issue with an uploaded bitmap overlay which was made partially
transparent unconditionally.

5.41.3:L36 DVM Honeywell generates criticals when accessing a camera during
the boot sequence.

5.41.3:L37 When requesting a videostream using video.cgi, the parameter
color=0 will not result in a black&white image.

5.41.3:L38 Privacy masks needs to be removed and recreated if capture
mode is changed.

5.41.3:L39 Automatic IR Cut Filter will not work if Auto Iris is off.

5.40.13.1:C1 Created a new port type for coax PTZ controlled devices. Users must upgrade the Pelco_Coax-4.1 driver to Pelco_Coax_Port-5.0 after firmware upgrade.

5.40.13.1:C2. A new parameter, 'auto' has been added to ptzupgrader.cgi. This parameter is used to automatically match the port required by the driver to the ports available in the system. See Vapix documentation for more details.

5.40.13.1:C3 The PTZ home preset position does not work after a restart.

5.40.13.1:C4 I/O outputs becomes active when the unit is restarted. The problem only occurr during startup, once the unit is up and running again the I/O outputs take on the state as configured by the user.

Known Bugs/Limitations
================
5.40.13.2:L1 Cannot record audio clip with no wait time. You must wait at least 1 second.

5.40.13.2:L5 It is not possible to select starting point when playing back a recording while using multicast and h264.

5.40.13.2:L6 The Axis Video Motion Detection application will trigger a motion event if the camera performs any PTZ movements.

5.40.13.2:L7 Event trigger data is sent even though user data is disabled

5.40.13.2:L8 For actions based on PTZ events it is not possible to use the #P (PTZ preset name) and #p (PTZ preset number) modifiers in file names for network share uploads.

5.40.13.2:L9 Requesting an fps value larger than 30 will always give double the full normal fps for the given video type. Requesting any fps value larger than 30 will thus give 50/60 fps for a PAL/NTSC source.

This firmware is now available. Please visit the product's support page on www.axis.com for the download, full release notes and installation instructions.

Improvements
================
5.40.3.4:I01 Improved events stability (TCP notifications, SD-cards).

5.40.3.4:I02 Improved streaming (video memory adjustment, correct UDP checksums,
TTL value for Always Multicast as well as receiver's MTU are now
taken into account).

Known Bugs/Limitations
================
5.40.3.4:L01 Removing and reinserting SD card during recording is not
recommendable.

5.40.3.4:L02 With audio enabled, the initial connection latency is increased.

5.40.3.4:L03 Remote back focus operation will be disabled when the temperature
is too low. Information will be shown in system log.

5.40.3.4:L05 A combination of a high bandwidth continuous recording and a lot of small recodings
can result in disc full. The automatic clean up will stop at the point and the user
have to manualy remove recordings.

5.40.3.4:L06 If you set max gain to a low value, e.g. 0, the IR cut filter
may not switch back on automatically.

5.40.3.4:L07 Using modifiers like %c in a network share upload event does not
work.

5.40.3.4:L08 Multiple simultaneous recordings to SD cards and network shares
can degrade the performance of the system.

5.40.3.4:L09 The micophone input level is by default quite high.
Workaround: Lower the input gain to reach an appropriate level

5.40.3.4:L10 Custom Firmware cannot be loaded
